Activity Type
Card Game
Focus
Present perfect for life experiences with "Have you ever...?"
Aim
Students ask "Have you ever...?" questions to find classmates who have done each activity and complete a bingo card.
Level
A2–B1
Time
20–25 minutes
Preparation
Print one bingo card per student. Each card has a 4x4 grid of experiences.
Procedure
Give each student a bingo card with 16 experience squares.
Demonstrate with the class: "Have you ever ridden a horse?" — if a student says "Yes, I have," write their name in that square.
Students stand up and mingle. They must ask different students for each square.
When a student gets four in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal), they shout "Bingo!"
Verify the winner by having them share each name and experience.
Continue playing for second and third place if time allows.
